Half of the water was labeled with hate and treated with hate and the other with love. Then the water was inspected under a microscope and the same types of changes as seen in the rice could be seen at a microscopic level.
And remember…our bodies are made of ~70% water. We are affected in exactly the same way!

It was nice to be able to end on a nice note! One mistake we made was to have the “Love jar” in a very open place where it was exposed to every kind of noise in our house so it was exposed to some of the not so nice sounds so it did get some mold, but it seemed better able to resist spreading. The “Hate” on the other hand, was only exposed to the hate words, (we sometimes told it that it had no value and would make us fat so we hated it!) Once the mold got into this jar it couldn’t stop spreading! Since some mold did get into the “Love Jar,” we took time as a family to talk about how when the mold,or the negative things, get into our thoughts, the best thing to do is to get them out IMMEDIATELY to stop any spreading. What a great visual of how words can hurt!
