Coconut Oil and Clicking
Coconut oil is to the body, what clicking is to the soul.
Have you ever noticed that once you hear of something for the first time, you seem to hear about it continuously afterward? And then you wonder how you’d never heard of it before? That’s how I feel about coconut oil….and clicking.
My grandmother, aunts, and mother have taken a liking to coconut oil. There’s no physical ailment, it seems, that can’t benefit from coconut oil.
• hair care
• skin care
• stress relief
• maintaining cholesterol levels
• weight loss
• increased immunity
• proper digestion and metabolism
• relief from kidney problems
• heart diseases
• high blood pressure
• HIV and cancer
• dental care
• bone strength
My grandmother was excited to show me that it’s taking care of her liver spots on her hands. She cooks everything with it, including her famous popcorn that we are all now addicted to. I recently saw a cousin listing a concern via facebook. She needed the name of a good dermatologist because her child was suffering from a dry skin rash. My aunt replied, “Have you tried coconut oil?”
My mother put it on my son’s sunburn this summer. He’s a believer because his sunburn was gone the next day! Pinning around on Pinterest was a “101 uses for coconut oil” I don’t usually jump on board with magical cure-alls, but because I look up to and admire all of these beautiful women, it was time I looked into it. Guess what? I use it for everything now! I slather it in my hair and wrap it overnight or for a few hours before I shampoo. It’s even my facial moisturizer!
I fry my French fries in it and pour it over my popcorn. And…..my life will forever be changed, by the little gem I found……coconut butter! It. Is. Heaven.
I love to find ways to use coconut oil. It never lets me down.
And neither does my clicker.
My clicking story is similar to my coconut oil story. I was thrilled when I found this powerful and beautiful tool. I was searching for a cure-all for the many ailments of the soul. I wanted to find a way to teach 200 young women, to truly love themselves and know their worth. I wanted to strengthen my own self-worth in order to be an example of what I was trying to teach. The effort was richly blessed beyond my expectations, and the results were precious. I have since then, found countless ways to strengthen my soul and my relationships with clicking. I am a better wife, mother, teacher, employee, and friend thanks to my clicker. I know I have blessed the lives of others by sharing and teaching the concept of clicking. There’s not a soul out there that doesn’t benefit.
I’ll not be found without a clicker…….or coconut oil.
Think. Click. Be…
